{"id":354,"date":"2026-01-23T16:17:18","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T16:17:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/volleyballbymai.ch\/?p=354"},"modified":"2026-01-24T11:58:38","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T11:58:38","slug":"materiel-et-equipement-pour-le-volleyball","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/volleyballbymai.ch\/en\/materiel-et-equipement-pour-le-volleyball\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e9paration physique"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-bb2da575\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Comment \u00e9viter les blessures au volleyball<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le volleyball est un sport exigeant, autant physiquement que mentalement. \u00c0 chaque entra\u00eenement et \u00e0 chaque match, les genoux encaissent les sauts r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, les \u00e9paules sont sollicit\u00e9es par les services et les attaques, et le dos travaille en permanence pour maintenir l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et la stabilit\u00e9. Pourtant, la pr\u00e9paration physique reste encore trop souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e. En particulier chez les jeunes joueuses, qui se concentrent surtout sur la technique et le jeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant longtemps, je faisais partie de celles qui pensaient qu\u2019un \u00e9chauffement rapide suffisait. Quelques minutes, deux ou trois \u00e9tirements, et j\u2019\u00e9tais pr\u00eate \u00e0 jouer. C<\/strong>ependant, i<strong>l ne s\u2019agit pas seulement de \u00ab se mettre en mouvement \u00bb, mais de pr\u00e9parer les articulations, d\u2019activer les muscles stabilisateurs et d\u2019augmenter progressivement le rythme cardiaque. Les genoux, les chevilles et les \u00e9paules doivent \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement cibl\u00e9s pour limiter les risques de blessures.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le renforcement musculaire joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la pr\u00e9vention. Travailler les muscles profonds, le gainage, les \u00e9paules et les jambes permet de mieux absorber les impacts et de stabiliser le corps lors des sauts et des r\u00e9ceptions. Ce type de travail est souvent sous-estim\u00e9, alors qu\u2019il est indispensable dans ce sport .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration est tout aussi importante que l\u2019entra\u00eenement lui-m\u00eame. Le repos, les \u00e9tirements, la mobilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9coute de son corps permettent d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019accumulation de tensions et de douleurs. Depuis que j\u2019int\u00e8gre syst\u00e9matiquement des exercices de mobilit\u00e9 et de renforcement dans ma routine, je ressens une nette diff\u00e9rence : moins de douleurs, plus de stabilit\u00e9 et surtout plus de confiance dans mes mouvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prendre soin de son corps n\u2019est pas un luxe au volleyball, c\u2019est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9. La performance passe aussi par la pr\u00e9vention.
